Carpet & Upholstery Protector
We recommend this product for all homes, so that you can keep your carpet and upholstery lasting longer. We recommend that protector should be applied at least annually (normal usage of carpet) at a minimum and every 12 months (light use of carpet) at a maximum. This should be applied in the high traffic areas and high risk areas for spill, such as dining room, family room and children’s bedrooms.
Three Great Reasons to Use Carpet and Upholstery Protector:
- Protector makes a protective barrier on your carpet and upholstery; liquids will stay on top of the fibers of the carpet and upholstery so that you can clean it up faster and easier and minimize stains in your carpet and upholstery.
- Protector will prevent dirt from clinging onto fibers of the carpet and upholstery so that every time you vacuum you will get more dirt up.
- Protector will help keep your carpet and upholstery look clean, resist stains and last longer. For upholstery we also recommend that protector be reapplied each time it is cleaned. Fabrics tend to stain easily and clean poorly.
Note:
After we apply the protector, remember the protector needs to dry completely. When it dries to a solid this is what forms the protective barrier. Do what you can to minimize the use of the carpet until the protector has dried. The protector will dry stiff but one vacuum will return the carpet to its usual softness. Wait until it is completely dry before vacuuming.
